We were first approached in 2008 (by the distributors for Aust. & NZ) and agreed to become service agents for KitchenAid. Our emphasis on repairing to the highest standards and listening to our customers, in order to accurately diagnose those tricky problems that sometimes crop up, has resulted in us being appointed by KitchenAid as Premium repairers.

We service Kitchen Aid: coffee machines, toasters, blenders, food processors and mixers.

    Hi

I’m probably clutching at straws here, but I have an 80′s Gaggia espresso home machine which has stopped working. Is this something you are able to repair, perhaps recommend somebody else, or is it even worth it?

    thanks for your time

    Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan,
Yes, I think it is likely we can repair your Gaggia. Generally they are worth repairing. With Gaggia, even if the exact part needed for an old machine is not available, there is often an updated part that can be used. If you let us know the model and serial number if it is readable, or if you don’t know the model, please send us a picture and a description of the fault, we can advise you on the best course of action.

Hi I have a kitchen aid mixer and have lost some of the feet. Are you able to get replacement feet. My mixer is model number

    WR4788404

Also the mixer took quite a battering in the earthquakes and has lost some paint. Can you get touch up paint? Colour is cobalt blue.

    Thanks Sheila

    Hi

My kitchen aid stopped spinning yesterday while I was making dough. It is more than 1 year old so I think it will be out of warranty. I am in Nelson so I imagine it will cost quite a bit to ship it to you.

Any idea of the cost of this repair?
